The first stage of this project encompasses a complete refurbishment and restoration of the first three levels including new brass windows and shop fronts to both Street frontages. With works having commenced already, we look forward to successfully delivering this project in later part of 2012.

The design and construction of this eight storey mixed retail commercial building was built on a site no larger than 250 SQM. The concrete framed building was constructed from the adjacent car park using mobile cranes weekly. The building was a collaborative effort by all to achieve such a large building on such a small site.

Holy Saviour School – Greenacre
Waterloo Road, Greenacre
The construction of a new multipurpose hall facility at 80 Waterloo Road, Greenacre, included the erection of a structural steel portal frame with pre-cast concrete panels and a metal roof. A glazed facade, new toilet, & shower amenities, essential services and a new car park facility were included as part of the works. The new structure adjoined and connected with exiting school buildings, this required careful planning and coordination with all relevant stakeholders, whilst the school remained operational.

An exciting retail and residential concept bringing together specialised produce markets on the lower levels with apartment living on the levels above. The striking art deco facade of original building is retained, yet the project is a total transformation of the site from an electrical services warehouse into a vibrant market scene and contemporary living with a culinary perspective. Resident and customer parking are contained within a two-level basement.
